Louie Cazares began his career as an independent insurance agent in 1986 and has been serving the insurance needs of small, medium, and large businesses ever since. He founded Valuepro Benefits in 1994. Having worked both within insurance agencies and carriers, he has developed an extensive knowledge of risk management and employer-focused insurance products. He believes that personal attention and taking ownership of meeting his clients’ needs is the key to success.

In 2014, Louie founded Valuepro Insurance Solutions, Inc., whose mission is to provide superior service and products to businesses and individuals. He wants to make a difference in his community by helping businesses help their employees. This helps businesses thrive and prosper which ultimately benefits everyone.

Louie and wife Cecilia have been married since 1986 and together they have six beautiful children and three very cute grandchildren.
